Overview
Namibia is one of the most favourable investment destinations in Africa and well known for its transparent business environment. In addition to a stable democracy and an independent legal system, the mining industry is particularly well supported with a long-established mining code, good transport infrastructure and access to water and power.
Mining is the biggest contributor to Namibia’s economy in terms of revenue, accounting for 25% of the country’s income.
